All rates are for double occupancy and include Full English Breakfast and V.A.T.
All rooms are en-suite and have tea & coffee making facilities, complete with fresh milk and shortbread from our own bakery; and have Television with DVD player and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Superior rooms are particularly spacious.
Suites also have a separate lounge area.

Mid-week bookings of 3 nights or more will be given a free upgrade if possible, or a 10% discount.

Deposits
Payment for the first night’s accommodation to be paid by Debit/Credit Card at the time of booking.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the reserved arrival date, the deposit will be forfeit.
In the event of cancellation more than 48hours before the reserved arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full.
